Refund policy

At Virgin Brew House, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products (consumables), we do not accept returns.

1. No Returns

  • Once delivered, products cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Refunds (if applicable)

  • Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

    • Wrong product delivered

    • Damaged product on arrival

3. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at virginbrewhouse@gmail.com with your order ID, proof of issue (photo/video), and details.

  • Once verified, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect shipping details provided by customer

  • Delay in delivery due to courier partner
